We are a corporation that works to contribute to the development, guidance, and education of people of African descent worldwide. We achieve this through organizing events and competitions that ensure their personal and professional growth. For this purpose, every policy and decision will have a clear focus on reducing racism and gender inequality in the pursuit of peace.

To be one of the main benchmarks for the Afro-descendant community worldwide in the promotion and defense of their culture, talent, and beauty by the year 2025.

My name is María Fairelough, born in Peru, and I am a descendant of a Jamaican family. I have been living in the United States for 37 years, which granted me American citizenship. During this time, I have had both challenging and rewarding personal and professional experiences, including motherhood, raising my two children, and achieving academic success.

Thanks to my efforts and the opportunities in the United States, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, followed by a Master’s in Business Administration and Public Administration, and finally, a Doctorate in International Administration. Additionally, I achieved certification from the International Fashion Institute of New York.
